Planning Sequence details not visible in SAP BOA

Hi Group

I have recently installed installed on SAP BOA version 1.4.7.3037.

I am using excel 2013 and OS windows 8.1.

I am facing below issues -

1. Conditional Formatting is not working - Means when i am trying to add new conditions, Add button is disabled

2. Planning Sequence -After adding planning sequence, when i am trying to see the details of the sequence - Variables of the planning functions and filters pain is not shown and gives me following error.

Normally you can see the details of planning sequence as highlighted in yellow, below screen is with MS office 2007/Excel 2007.
