Nested Exception while refreshing the workbook from Analysis

Hi all,

While trying to access the workbook in Analysis for Microsoft excel, using BW query as data source, getting an error as attached file.

“Nested exception.See inner exception below for more details:

Unable to cast object of type 'System.NullReferenceException' to type 'bali.lang.Exception'.”

The version of Analysis is 1.4 and BW is 7.30. I found some threads related to same exception, but all were suggesting the notes (2060115 and 1820917 were the notes I found). And this issue is coming only for this workbook. Is it because of the query but getting the output in BEx Analyzer. Can you please suggest for this exception.
