Slow refresh while scheduling 1.4.8 sap analyis in BO 4.1

Hi,

We have schedule an analysis workbook 1.4.8 in Bo 4.1. it takes more than 30mins while scheduling but other when refreshed locally it takes less than 5 mins.

Go thru the log we found that there is time gap of 23 mins between two step.

Can anybody explain what these logging information means?And why such delay is happening and what could be the possible solution?
