Is it possible to switch an individual crosstab to change or display mode with more than one datasource in the workbook?

We are investigating moving our planning front-end from BEx Analyzer 7 to BusinessObjects Analysis for input queries.  Is it possible to switch an individual crosstab to change or display mode where there is more than one Datasource in the workbook?

In a BEx Analyzer workbook we have several worksheets with each one having an input query/Grid. Each input screen is set to display mode (Not Input Ready setting within Query Designer) when the workbook opens to prevent locking issues.

In each worksheet we have 2 BEx Analyzer buttons that the end-user must use, one that will allow the user to switch the Data Provider to Edit mode and the other to switch back to display mode. The configuration for these buttons is Data Provider specific, therefore the other input queries in the workbook do not change their status.

However in BusinessObjects Analysis:

1. I cannot get the queries in each worksheet to open in read only mode when the workbook is opened;

2. When the query is set to input-ready mode (Components Tab) the toolbar buttons for Change and Display affect all Data Sources in the workbook, on each worksheet tab.

Thank you

Kevin

p.s. We are using BI 7.01 SP08 with BOA V 1.4.3.2665
