Scheduling Office Analysis documents

Hi Experts,

This might sound a basic question, Can some one walk me through the process of scheduling Office Analysis document, i have a vague idea to accomplish it by saving the document on BI platform, can we access it on Launch pad thereafter and schedule it that way ?
